Σε ένα από τα κεντρικότερα σημεία της πόλης, μπροστά από την παραλία Κρυονέρι και κυριολεκτικά πάνω στο κύμα, συναντάμε το Bianco Resort. Πρόκειται για ένα ιστορικό κτίριο για την Πάργα, το οποίο χτίστηκε το 1969 από τον Βασίλειο Βασιλα και από το 2012 χρησιμοποιείται ως Bianco Resort!

 Σε ένα στρατηγικό σημείο, μια ανάσα από τον κεντρικό πεζόδρομο της παλιάς πόλης και πέντε λεπτά από το λιμάνι, συναντάμε το Aria Apartment. Πρόκειται για ένα πλήρως ανακαινισμένο διαμέρισμα πρώτου ορόφου, που μόλις φέτος άνοιξε τις πύλες του προς το κοινό!

 Στο κεντρικότερο, και κατά πολλούς ομορφότερο, κομμάτι της πόλης, στην Εβραϊκή συνοικία της Μπαρμπούντας συναντάμε το Κόκκινο Σπίτι. Πρόκειται για ένα αρχοντικό σπάνιας ομορφιάς, το όποιο χτίστηκε στα μέσα του 19ου αιώνα, όπως και τα περισσότερα κτίρια της περιοχής!
